The Feser-Graf automotive sales group successfully makes the switch to digital personnel files with EASY

Feser-Graf Group, one of Germany’s largest automotive dealer chains with 1,800 employees across 37 locations, needed a better way to manage rapidly growing HR demands. Its personnel files were partly decentralized, reporting was time-consuming, and the company wanted a centralized digital solution that would still give location managers transparent access. To support this, Feser-Graf chose EASY Software and its EASY HR 3.0 solution.

EASY Software implemented digital personnel files with automated workflows, nightly CSV imports from payroll, and role-based access across the organization. The rollout included scanning about 1,700 existing employee files, which the HR team completed in roughly three months. The results were strong: employees quickly accepted the system, onboarding became far more efficient, and tasks like welcome emails, departure notifications, and anniversary reminders were automated, helping Feser-Graf improve HR and IT coordination with less manual effort.
