Hama GmbH & Co. KG, a fast-growing global retail group for consumer electronics and accessories, needed to replace a paper-based document and archive system that could no longer keep up with its expanding volume of invoices, orders, and compliance documentation. To support long-term, audit-proof digital archiving in line with GoBD requirements and to connect processes across merchandise management and accounting, Hama turned to Easy Software and its solutions, including EASY Capture, EASY Invoice, EASY Documents, and EASY Archive.

Easy Software implemented a digital document management and workflow setup that lets Hama scan, capture, route, approve, and archive documents across departments and locations, with custom workflows for complex invoice approvals. The result is a highly automated process environment used by about 800 employees, handling around 20,000 incoming invoices per year reliably and quickly, while improving transparency, speed, and scalability across the entire process chain.
