RheinEnergie, a German energy and water supplier, wanted to speed up its complex contract and quote process for heating and energy system installations. Working with Easy Software and its ApiOmat multi-experience platform, the company aimed to replace many manual steps and calculations with a faster, more digital customer offer process.

Easy Software implemented the SmartContracting web application to capture all relevant parameters on site, calculate offers automatically, and prepare documents for signing. The solution delivered strong results: an MVP was implemented in 30 days, version 2 in just 40 days, and the tool now supports offline handling, syncing, SMTP and Active Directory connectors, custom modules, JavaScript SDK, and document generation, improving data quality and customer experience.
