Österreichische Bundesforste (ÖBf), Austria’s national forestry and real estate manager, needed a uniform way to handle documents across 15 decentralized units. Paper records and inconsistent electronic files made it hard to access contracts, legal documents, and property data quickly. Easy Software provided the SAP-integrated EASY PCM record solution, including PCM Real Estate, to create a central structure for managing real estate records.

Easy Software implemented digitized, SAP-linked records and workflows that automatically pull master data from SAP Real Estate Management, while also adding PCM Document Designer and PCM Invoice Management. ÖBf now has about 32,000 digital records and processes around 50,000 invoices a year through structured approval workflows, improving access, consistency, and efficiency across legal, real estate, HR, and accounting teams.
