LEMKEN GmbH & Co. KG, the international agribusiness specialist, needed a better way to manage the growing volume of invoices, receipts, and other business documents that had piled up across paper-based filing systems. As part of its digitalization strategy, LEMKEN chose EASY SOFTWARE, using EASY Archive, EASY Contract, and EASY DMS to move toward a more paperless and efficient document environment.

EASY SOFTWARE implemented digital archiving and document management workflows that automatically scan, classify, and route documents, including complex incoming invoice processes tied to company codes, cost centers, and approval thresholds. The result was less manual filing, faster invoice handling, and fewer errors: processes that once took several days can now be completed in about half an hour, and more than 760 users benefit from the system at LEMKEN.
