LBBW, one of Germany’s largest universal banks, wanted to better serve its corporate customers with a modern digital experience while improving process efficiency and keeping pace with rising expectations for flexibility and convenience. To meet this challenge, the bank worked with Easy Software and its ApiOmat multi-experience platform to build a centralized customer portal that could bring together legacy systems, support 24/7 digital services, and complement personal customer care.

Easy Software implemented the LBBW Corporates Portal with modular apps, Single Sign-On, APIs, and agile development, enabling LBBW to configure services for different customer needs and integrate offerings into existing workflows and digital marketplaces. The result was faster processing and a more scalable digital foundation: guarantee credit applications were reduced from several weeks to just a few days, and some business volume confirmations could be handled instantly or in real time.
