Kinopolis Group, one of Germany’s long-established cinema operators, needed a better way to manage highly complex back-office processes across its independently run theaters. With thousands of contracts, more than 20,000 incoming invoices per year, and growing HR documentation requirements, the company was struggling with paper-based filing, slow searches, and GDPR-compliant handling of personnel data. To address these challenges, Kinopolis turned to EASY SOFTWARE and its solutions EASY Contract, EASY Invoice, and EASY HR.

EASY SOFTWARE digitized Kinopolis’s contract, invoice, and human resources management processes. Contracts are now centrally archived with deadline tracking, invoices are scanned and routed digitally for faster approval and verification, and HR records are handled in a compliant central system with controlled retention and deletion. The result has been easier access to documents, better transparency, faster processing times, and a smoother company-wide workflow for about 30 HR users, 50 accounting users, and 20 contract management users.
