IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt, the Würzburg branch of the Chamber of Commerce representing businesses in Lower Franconia, needed a better way to manage employee appraisals. Its existing portal solution was clunky, time-limited, and forced executives to rely on separate Word or Excel notes throughout the year, making preparation and interview workflows inefficient. The chamber turned to Easy Software and its EASY HR ratings management solution.

Easy Software implemented a new, self-explanatory portal based on EASY HR, reducing appraisal criteria from 25 to 12, grouping them by topic and color, and removing the three-minute automatic logout. The project was completed in just four months and went live in June 2015, with no special training needed for the 16 appraising executives. The result was a more secure, easier-to-use system that improved day-to-day HR work, and IHK Würzburg-Schweinfurt now plans to expand it into a broader HR suite with workflows and a digital personnel file.
