With Easy Software’s EASY HR, Heinrich Schmid digitized its personnel files so all locations can access the same up-to-date information online. The solution reduced manual copying, scanning, and emailing, improved transparency and trust in HR data, and gave local offices and HR staff faster access from anywhere. Implementation took just one week after careful preparation, and around 200 employees now use the system daily, with 10 authorized to create and edit documents.
