EASY SOFTWARE Delivers Vast Document System Upgrade & Cloud Migration for Ireland’s Leading Health Insurer

Vhi Healthcare, Ireland’s leading health insurer, needed to modernize its document management as it expanded into new products and improved how customer paperwork was created, distributed, and archived. Using EASY Software’s EASY Archive platform, the company also had to ensure its long-running document system could continue supporting policy and claims documents while integrating with a new orchestration tool and handling rising document complexity.

EASY Software delivered a major upgrade and cloud migration, moving Vhi Healthcare’s archive of 37 million documents onto a new virtualized infrastructure with faster, more current hardware and Windows systems. The new EASY Software setup went live on schedule ahead of the April/May 2020 renewals peak and, despite the COVID-19 surge in customer communications, performed stably and with significantly improved throughput, supporting mass document issuance and remote access without incident.
