Wilhelm Schröder GmbH, a specialist in metal-plastic composites for automotive and household applications, wanted to move away from a paper-heavy filing process that was creating growing archive mountains, lost documents, and slow, inefficient workflows. With documents moving between reception, purchasing, and accounting, the company needed a compliant digital archive and chose EASY SOFTWARE’s EASY Archive.

EASY SOFTWARE implemented EASY Archive and integrated it with Schröder’s existing ERP system so users could work in a familiar environment. The result was a fully integrated digital archive by 2019, eliminating paper filing, cutting printing costs, speeding up invoice and document processing, and making search and remote work much easier. With around 6,000 incoming invoices, 12,000 outgoing invoices, and 25,000 similar documents handled yearly, the company achieved a faster-than-expected ROI through major efficiency gains.
