DK Recycling und Roheisen GmbH, one of the largest recyclers of ferrous waste materials in the steel industry, needed to streamline complex incoming invoice and booking processes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Easy Software implemented EASY Invoice and EASY for Dynamics NAV to digitize incoming invoices, automate data extraction and posting, and provide audit-proof archiving directly in NAV. The solution was tailored to DK Recycling’s specific workflows and authorization needs, helping centralize purchasing and invoicing processes, reduce manual effort, and improve transparency; the initial implementation took six months and fully digitized DK’s incoming invoice process.
