With thousands of invoices each month and frequent contractor onboarding and offboarding, the company relied on EASY SOFTWARE’s SAP Packaged Services, including Capture and Archive, to reduce paper dependence and support secure document handling.

EASY SOFTWARE upgraded Amey to a cloud-based digital document management platform running on Microsoft Azure, integrating with SAP HCM and case management systems. As a result, 95% of AP documents and 100% of HR information were captured digitally, enabling uninterrupted remote working during COVID-19 lockdown, improving GDPR compliance, and eliminating the need for dedicated scanning staff while delivering faster access to documents and lower maintenance costs.
