The IT security firm Gita Technologies Ltd. sought to enhance its employee attendance reporting process. To address this challenge, they collaborated with the vendor Easy Redmine, utilizing its on-premise solution to create a more integrated and automated tracking system.

Easy Redmine's platform was integrated with the company's existing ZD2F20 Realand biometric readers. A custom Python script was implemented to process the fingerprint data and push attendance logs directly into the Redmine database via its REST API every thirty minutes. This solution automated the entire reporting workflow with only minimal modifications to the Easy Redmine source code, successfully aggregating all employee attendance data into a centralized system for management.
