JSC OmskElectro, a statewide electric power provider, required an on-premises project management application to improve client requirements processing. Their challenges included the need for robust task tracking and planning tools, as well as a dedicated client portal for request registration. The solution implemented by Easy Redmine used custom fields and page templates to create a client portal with two tabs. Clients submitted requests on the first tab, which were automatically classified and routed to the correct manager via custom filters. The Alerts plugin then notified managers of new tasks. The second tab allowed clients to view their open and closed requests. This streamlined the entire request management process, improving efficiency and ensuring timely response to client needs.
