FG Forrest, a leading web design company based in the Czech Republic, required an on-premises application for comprehensive project planning and task tracking across all levels of their organization. Their challenge was to replace their Mantis ticket system while maintaining continuity with an existing information system, and they required extensive customization to match their specific workflow processes. They chose Easy Redmine for this implementation.

The solution from Easy Redmine leveraged its open-source code and complex REST API for deep integration and customization, including a tailored Gantt chart and Resource Management module. More than 40,000 tickets were imported, and a two-way synchronization with the legacy system was established.
