Commercial Bank International (CBI) partnered with Eastnets to strengthen sanctions screening, reduce infrastructure costs, and improve responsiveness to regulatory changes. The bank wanted greater flexibility in its core payment systems, more automation across payment and banking workflows, and less reliance on in-house SWIFT expertise, while continuing to support high-quality customer service.

Eastnets implemented SafeWatch Screening, PaymentSafe, and SWIFT Hosting to unify payment networks, centralize messaging, and offload SWIFT infrastructure management. As a result, CBI improved detection rates, gained real-time transaction filtering, reduced compliance and maintenance costs, increased visibility across business units and jurisdictions, and achieved STP while lowering operational burdens and improving agility for new regulations.
