Morris Arboretum & Gardens boosts mobile visits with Eastern Standard

Morris Arboretum & Gardens, a public garden owned by the University of Pennsylvania, needed a new mobile-friendly website to celebrate its 90th anniversary and better showcase its grounds and events. Their legacy site was hard-coded and difficult for staff to update, and it failed to provide a frictionless ticketing process or effectively reach diverse audiences. They engaged Eastern Standard for a website design and development solution.

Eastern Standard designed and built a new Drupal-based website with an accessible, mobile-first design. The solution included a streamlined ticket purchase process, a revised content strategy with clearer language, and a new visual design that extended the arboretum's rebrand. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and the client reported resounding positive feedback on improvements in accessibility and user experience. The new site was also nominated for an Awwwards award for innovative web design.
