They partnered with Eastern Standard to strengthen two key platforms, Pan-PATH and mychoice™, which needed to be HIPAA-compliant, easy to manage, and designed to support patients with limited English proficiency.

Eastern Standard developed a calm, guided support platform for Pan-PATH with an interactive assessment tool and a layered content ecosystem. For mychoice™, they delivered a fully translated 1:1 bilingual experience, allowing users to toggle between English and Spanish. This solution empowered Spanish-speaking patients with the same quality of information and resources, directly addressing systemic barriers to healthcare access.
