Smeg Belgium, a subsidiary of the Italian home appliance manufacturer, faced a lack of transparency and centralized customer information, with critical data existing only in its sales representatives' heads. Easi implemented its user-friendly SmartSales CRM, which works on iPad and was deployed rapidly. The solution provided Smeg Belgium with transparent reporting on sales activities and customer history, which was quickly adopted by the sales team. The success led to plans for integrating SmartSales with SAP and rolling it out to other Smeg entities in the Netherlands and Germany.
