Integrated Power Services, a national provider of repair services and industrial product sales, was reevaluating its MPLS provider after a change in ownership and headquarters. The company needed a network that could reliably support business applications across 13 locations while reducing downtime and the burden on its internal IT staff. EarthLink Business, along with its MyEdge portal and MPLS offering, was selected for its reliability, cost-effectiveness, and added features.

EarthLink Business designed and implemented a private MPLS network with T-1 access, Cisco hardware, Class of Service traffic prioritization, and dedicated project management. The solution improved site-to-site connectivity, sped up issue resolution, and supported ERP, CRM, and service tracking tools across 12 service centers. Integrated Power Services also saved about $1,300 per month in network costs, and MyEdge replaced the workload of two IT positions, delivering both operational and labor savings.
