Anna’s Linens, a family-run home textiles and décor retailer with 310 stores across 19 states plus Puerto Rico, needed a more scalable way to manage voice and data as it expanded. Traditional phone systems at each store were hard to troubleshoot, costly to manage, and couldn’t keep up with the company’s growing need for centralized IT control, bandwidth, and reliable communications. Earthlink Business helped address these challenges with an MPLS network and SIP Trunking to support voice and critical store applications.

Earthlink Business implemented a centralized VoIP solution with MPLS, Class of Service traffic prioritization, blended ADSL and T1 access, and failover/disaster recovery support. The result was improved reliability, security, and bandwidth while consolidating voice management and offsetting the cost of additional network capacity.
