Preview of the Rudolph Libbe Group Case Study

Rudolph Libbe Group puts 63% of open AP to work with Earlytrade

Rudolph Libbe Group, a $1.4B general contractor, faced diminishing returns on its cash reserves and sought a stronger yield without taking on market risk. The company also wanted to provide its subcontractors with a better alternative to expensive lines of credit for managing their cash flow. They turned to Earlytrade to address these challenges.

Earlytrade implemented its early payment discount platform, which was integrated with Rudolph Libbe's eCMS system. The solution allowed approved subcontractors to opt into receiving discounted early payments. This provided Rudolph Libbe with a new, low-risk revenue stream while giving subs flexible cash flow. The program enrolled 429 subcontractors, with 63% of open AP positioned to generate discounts, resulting in $400K in discounts realized within months.
