Star - Customer Case Study

Star worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to help communicate key messages to different stakeholders after successfully partnering on marketing strategy and brand establishment. The challenge was to turn campaign messaging into a concise, accessible format for external and internal audiences, including support for Star’s technology and communications efforts.

Earl & Thompson Marketing developed the “Ambitious Britain” campaign concept, using space-shuttle imagery and bold infographics to promote support for medium-sized businesses, and created the internal “Symphony” campaign to align the team around customer experience goals. Earl & Thompson Marketing also improved Star’s website with clearer “What We Do” styling and responsive design for handheld devices. The work helped support Star’s recognition as runners-up at the Deloitte Dynamic Business Awards 2012.
