REHAU worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to raise brand awareness and drive sales in the UK trade sector for its RAUVITHERM pre-insulated pipe. Although REHAU had traditionally focused on specification-led sales, merchant research showed a need to build stronger awareness, loyalty, and engagement among installers and trade customers.

Earl & Thompson Marketing created a three-phase campaign centred on an online trade loyalty scheme called REHAU Connections, launched at the Energy Efficiency Exhibitions. Installers could register online, earn points for purchasing and logging RAUVITHERM pipe, and redeem rewards from workwear to premium items. The website now manages new account requests and customer orders, making administration more efficient, and REHAU reported being very pleased with the fully integrated campaign delivered on budget and on time.
