REHAU worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to launch its new Intelligent Heating Controls range to domestic and commercial audiences. The challenge was to clearly communicate different points of difference to specifiers, fitters, and homeowners, while tailoring the messaging to each group’s specific pain points and avoiding information overload around highly technical product details.

Earl & Thompson Marketing responded by creating a set of digital presentations, including three animated characters, storyboarding, voiceover, an interactive Prezi sales presentation, and online digital ads. The campaign helped make the product features easier to understand and remember, and the launch was described as a great success, adding a more engaging and enjoyable element to a technical subject.
