Nuaire worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to launch Cyfan, a new ventilation fan designed to solve a common problem in rental housing: tenants often avoid opening windows, leading to moisture build-up from everyday activities, while local authorities struggled with the complexity of fitting and maintaining many different fan types. The customer needed a simple, all-in-one product that was tough enough for kitchens and bathrooms but quiet enough for everyday use.

Earl & Thompson Marketing developed the “One Visit, One Fan” concept and created a vibrant launch campaign built around a microsite, supporting doodle animation, targeted email marketing, leaflets, and print advertising. Working closely with Nuaire’s marketing and product teams, Earl & Thompson Marketing helped broaden the message beyond Local Authorities to Housing Associations and Landlords, and the product’s sales continued to grow, making Cyfan a real success.
