Howard Tenens, a UK family-owned logistics company, rebooked their stand at Multimodal 2013 and needed to stand out from competitors while maximising exposure and event ROI. Earl & Thompson Marketing supported the campaign with a strategic trade event marketing approach designed to drive attendance and new business acquisition.

Earl & Thompson Marketing developed an 8-week integrated campaign, starting with workshops to define objectives and the message “You’re in Good Company,” then targeting 25 VIPs with personalised direct mail packs and supporting the stand with online/offline promotion plus a 5-minute animation on two 42” screens. The campaign achieved a 20% response rate from the VIP mailer and helped open dialogue with additional key contacts.
