Hochtief worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to create UK marketing collateral that would clearly communicate the construction group’s values, capabilities, and experience across sectors including marine, road, rail, industrial, airport, and tunnelling. The challenge was to produce material that would present Hochtief convincingly to the UK market and reflect the breadth of its offering.
Earl & Thompson Marketing ran workshops covering customer research, brand and proposition analysis, and market assessment, then developed messaging and brand positioning strategies. They created a bound corporate brochure with a pocket plus six sector-specific brochures, sourced photography, and wrote all copy; the brochures were successful enough to lead to a website restyle that reinforced the company’s values and high-profile case studies.
