Creda worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing when it needed a new name and fascia designs for a newly developed washing machine range. The challenge was to create a range identity that reflected different price and benefit levels across three machines while staying true to Creda’s brand values.

Earl & Thompson Marketing carried out market research, competitor assessment, and brand/proposition analysis before moving into idea generation and design development. The recommended solution was quickly approved, final fascia designs were completed to meet the launch deadline, and the range achieved very high customer approval; Earl & Thompson Marketing was then commissioned to produce supporting trade and consumer marketing materials.
