Coate Water Care, a family-run care home provider across Wiltshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, wanted to raise awareness of dementia while filling 72 spaces for a two-day Virtual Dementia Tour event. Earl & Thompson Marketing was brought in to help generate leads for both a public session and a session aimed at healthcare professionals.

Earl & Thompson Marketing ran a Facebook Lead Generation campaign for the public day, quickly reaching 50% of the required leads within a week and exceeding the target after three weeks. They then supported booking confirmations with an email campaign, and for the professionals’ day they sourced GP surgery data and sent personalised invitation letters followed by outreach. The result was a full house on both days, with positive feedback from the Alzheimer’s Association.
