Cisco worked with Earl & Thompson Marketing to help its sales team and partners better understand Cisco Leasing and explain a complex financing offering more clearly. The challenge was to create a digital tool that would simplify the options and benefits of leasing for customers.

Earl & Thompson Marketing developed an online interactive training programme and a friendly “Ping” guide to act as a leasing champion across campaign materials and languages. The solution reduced the perceived complexity of leasing and finance options, helped Cisco present itself as a proactive partner, and was successfully rolled out in several European languages.
