Trace Lofts, a residential building in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, was frustrated with an aging DVR system after a minor security incident left them unable to retrieve usable footage. Seeking easy access to video clips and a simple way to share them with authorities—without replacing their 16 existing analog Techwell cameras—Trace Lofts selected Eagle Eye Networks and its Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed the Eagle Eye Bridge 410 to support the 16 analog cameras and enable future IP additions, providing remote access via the Eagle Eye mobile app and 30-day retention. The solution allowed management to quickly retrieve and share video clips with authorities, retain all existing cameras, and improve incident response times.
