The UPS Store, the world’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, printing, and business service centers with over 5,000 locations, needed to replace an aging DVR-based surveillance system. Franchisees found footage difficult to retrieve and wanted a solution that made it easy to view and share important video clips. Eagle Eye Networks deployed the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS with an Eagle Eye CMVR 320 and IP cameras (Hikvision), using the History Browser to enable fast, intuitive searching, retrieval, and sharing of video.
