SKEPP, an innovative Dutch real estate company that manages shared office buildings, needed a way to secure multiple open-access locations and track who was coming and going across the Benelux. To solve this challenge they deployed Eagle Eye Networks’ cloud video solution, Eagle Eye CameraManager, using CLVR smart analytics to monitor entrances and shared spaces while preserving an open, collaborative office environment.

Eagle Eye Networks implemented cloud cameras at every entrance and shared area, centralized monitoring on a single screen, and enabled subuser accounts with location-specific permissions for local managers. CLVR analytics filters irrelevant activity with tripwires and hot zones, reducing the need for constant human monitoring—resulting in centralized multi-site oversight and personnel cost reductions during low hours and faster incident visibility for SKEPP.
