A Eagle Eye Networks Case Study

Preview of the Pinkberry Case Study

Pinkberry - Customer Case Study

Pinkberry, a franchisee with five Atlanta locations, was using an outdated video surveillance system that prevented remote viewing and made footage access difficult. Seeking a cost-effective upgrade that would reuse his existing analog cameras and provide mobile/tablet access plus a single-screen view of all locations, he selected Eagle Eye Networks’ Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS with an Eagle Eye Bridge 310 to integrate the 30 existing analog cameras across five sites, initially piloting one store for two months before rolling out to all locations. The solution delivered centralized, mobile-accessible monitoring, easy retrieval and sharing of footage, and 14-day retention—allowing the franchisee to avoid camera replacement costs while gaining unified, remote management of all sites.
