National Designer Jewelry Chain worked with Eagle Eye Networks to replace an outdated premises-based video surveillance system across its stores. The retailer needed a better way to manage permissions, monitor shrinkage and after-hours activity, and support a highly transitory workforce without relying on costly on-site updates. It used the Eagle Eye Cloud Video Management System (VMS) in an initial rollout across 25 Austin-area stores.

Eagle Eye Networks enabled remote management of cameras and users, real-time alerts for tampering or outages, and flexible video retention, while also giving marketing and operations teams access to live and recorded video. The chain expanded the system to 100 additional jewelry stores nationwide after seeing benefits such as fewer maintenance calls, reduced false alarms, improved customer experience, better store layouts and promotions, increased sales of higher-margin items, and stronger accountability for curbside pickup and employee interactions.
