Millard Public Schools Foundation, which funds technology and resources for students across the district, needed to secure its office and protect student assets and donated equipment while handling large amounts of money and technology. To meet that challenge they selected Eagle Eye Networks and its Eagle Eye Cloud VMS to provide cloud-managed video security and centralized control.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed a solution using nine Axis IP and analog cameras with an Eagle Eye CMVR 430, 180 days on-premise retention, and the Eagle Eye mobile app so the director can grant staff camera-by-camera access. The implementation gave Millard Public Schools Foundation a stronger, auditable layer of security—improving asset protection and staff oversight—backed by measurable elements like number of cameras, retention period, and controlled remote access.
