Case Study: IHOP improves multi-location restaurant oversight with Eagle Eye Networks Cloud VMS

A Eagle Eye Networks Case Study

Preview of the IHOP Case Study

IHOP - Customer Case Study

IHOP, the American multinational restaurant chain, wanted to improve efficiency and productivity across nine franchise locations. Previously, its video surveillance relied on traditional DVR systems, and the franchise owner could only view footage while on-site. IHOP turned to Eagle Eye Networks and its Eagle Eye Cloud VMS to modernize surveillance while continuing to use existing analog cameras.

With Eagle Eye Networks’ cloud-managed video system, the franchise owner can now access footage from a cell phone and monitor multiple restaurants at once. The solution helped save time by eliminating frequent travel between locations and made it easier to check employee readiness, customer service flow, and staffing needs. The rollout covered 9 locations and 113 analog cameras with 7-day retention, supported by Eagle Eye Bridge 310 and 410 devices.
