Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited - Customer Case Study

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited, an Arkansas franchisee operating 22 locations, was using an outdated video surveillance system that was costly, hard to use, and could take days or weeks to retrieve recorded incidents. They engaged Eagle Eye Networks and requested a single multi-location platform, cloud storage, and the ability to keep their existing analog cameras; Eagle Eye Networks proposed the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed Eagle Eye Cloud VMS with Eagle Eye CMVR 224 and Eagle Eye Bridge 310, integrating 110 cameras (analog cameras retained plus one new IP camera per location) across 22 sites with 30-day retention and centralized management. The solution made incident video retrieval fast, enabled secure sharing of live or historical footage with specific people, and after a two-month pilot the franchisee rolled Eagle Eye Networks out to all 22 stores, improving incident response and simplifying multi-site video management.
