Century 21 Action Plus Realty, with seven locations across New Jersey, was relying on an outdated access control system that was difficult and costly to administer, provided no auditing or reporting, lacked video integration, and could not be updated—leaving the business exposed to security risks. To modernize, Century 21 selected Eagle Eye Networks and its Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed Eagle Eye Cloud VMS integrated with the new access control system and installed seven IP-video cameras per location (35 total) using Axis cameras and Eagle Eye Bridge 301/CMVR 320 devices. The cloud-based solution enables live monitoring and event-linked clip review, flexible cloud or on-premise storage with 14–180 day retention, and restored auditing and reporting—improving oversight and reducing exposure across all seven Century 21 locations.
