Arena Keeps an Eye on Everything Remotely Using Brivo and Eagle Eye Cloud VMS

Arena, a PTC business, needed to modernize its outdated access control and video security systems across multiple U.S. offices. The IT team was spending too much time managing a legacy on-premises system, and senior director of IT services Rob O’Neal wanted a cloud-based solution that was easier to use, scalable, and could also expand to video surveillance.

Eagle Eye Networks, together with Brivo, implemented a turnkey cloud security setup using Brivo access control and Eagle Eye Cloud VMS, installed by NAVCO. The new system enabled mobile access, remote door control, live and recorded video monitoring, and simple reporting on access, occupancy, and traffic patterns. During COVID-19 and after the PTC acquisition, Arena used Eagle Eye Networks to verify offboarding, monitor deliveries, and analyze office usage, while reducing maintenance burden and avoiding system upgrades.
