MSV Housing, responsible for 9,000 homes across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and West Yorkshire, needed to replace legacy on-premise CCTV systems that were fragmented, unreliable, and costly to maintain. The association chose to pilot a cloud video surveillance solution at a refurbished housing scheme in Manchester, working with Eagle Eye Networks partner Ajar Technology and the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.

Ajar Technology managed the project end to end, from system design and installation to commissioning, testing, and ongoing support, rolling out Eagle Eye Networks’ cloud-based platform across multiple schemes. The solution delivered secure access to live and recorded video from anywhere, reduced server and maintenance costs, removed reliance on the corporate network via 4G mobile data, and led MSV Housing to standardize on Eagle Eye Networks estate-wide for future sites, including more than 500 additional cameras in the next phase.
