184 Kent, a converted turn-of-the-century waterfront warehouse in Brooklyn that now houses 340 luxury apartments, needed upgraded video surveillance while preserving existing analog cameras and adding new IP cameras for broader coverage. To meet this requirement, 184 Kent worked with Eagle Eye Networks and implemented the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS and CMVR bridge hardware.

Eagle Eye Networks deployed CMVR 430 and CMVR 620 devices to integrate and record 142 Hikvision and Techwell IP and analog cameras, delivering a unified VMS with 180 days of on‑site storage (no cloud retention). The solution preserved the building’s analog investments, expanded camera coverage, and provided measurable outcomes—142 cameras supported and 180 days of on‑site video retention—improving security management for the property.
