Olmsted Medical Center (OMC) is a not‑for‑profit healthcare system in southeastern Minnesota with 160 clinicians, 1,000 staff and 16 locations, including a multi‑specialty clinic, a Level IV trauma hospital, urgent care and retail clinics. Managing maintenance and building systems across that mix of facilities and high patient volume created a need for a robust, integrated maintenance management and alarm-handling solution.

OMC implemented Proteus CMMS along with the Proteus Alarm Interface to integrate maintenance workflows with their Johnson Controls Building Automation System. The deployment centralized work orders and alarm notifications, streamlining response and upkeep across sites and helping improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.
