Keystone Auto & Performance Parts, an aftermarket accessories retailer near Newry, PA, has grown rapidly since 1994 but faced a critical challenge in 2008 when its Unix-based inventory and POS system was being phased out. Owner Jim Lolas selected Eagle Business Software (EBMS) for its powerful inventory control and competitive price to replace the obsolete system and preserve Keystone’s customer-focused operations.

Eagle Business Software migrated Keystone to a Windows-based EBMS, transferring customers, suppliers, inventory and two years of sales/purchasing history and integrating real-time stock and ordering with Keystone Automotive Operations (Year/Make/Model lookup, images, PO upload and order tracking). The new system added Accounts Payable and comprehensive payroll (cutting the accountant’s bills in half), improved inventory purchasing, pricing and stocking decisions, enabled next-day part fulfillment, and delivered a smooth transition with minimal downtime.
