Tupperware - Customer Case Study

Tupperware, the world’s iconic food storage brand with a 2.7 million-strong independent sales force across nearly 100 countries and annual turnover over US$2.5 billion, faced the challenge of consistently inducting new demonstrators and delivering training at scale. To solve this, Tupperware Australia/New Zealand engaged e3Learning to develop a cohesive online induction program and supporting platform.

e3Learning delivered a “Getting Started” mini course and full-length interactive induction, a branded portal (tupperware.e3learning.com.au), implementation of the LearnForce LMS with a custom permissions system, and integration with Tupperware’s Tuppernet. The solution piloted successfully in Tasmania, launched nationally via a road-show, and has registered over 8,500 users to date, with excellent initial feedback from administrators and learners.
