Foxtel, one of Australia’s media companies, needed an online training course that would give its workforce a consistent understanding of Australian Consumer Law, including misleading or deceptive conduct, unconscionable conduct, and cooling off agreements. The company also needed the course to be engaging, SCORM-compliant for its existing LMS, no longer than 30 minutes, and able to incorporate original audio while meeting a strict delivery timeframe. Foxtel turned to e3Learning for a bespoke custom eLearning solution.

e3Learning developed a narrative-based course called The Remy Show, built around a story of a Foxtel remote control creating a TV series while learners helped edit dialogue that breached Australian Consumer Law. e3Learning also recommended and implemented its LearnForce LMS with self-registration so Foxtel could better track and manage external learner completions. The result was improved user engagement, more successful course completions, more than 700 active users on the Foxtel Learning Portal, and minimal user support requests.
