Sigue, a global provider of payment solutions, was challenged to maintain consistent availability for its proprietary SigueLink application using its on-premise infrastructure. With user growth accelerating, the company needed a solution to guarantee 99.5% application uptime without expanding its hardware footprint. To meet this challenge, Sigue partnered with e360 IT Solutions to pursue a solution on the AWS cloud platform.

e360 designed and implemented a highly available hybrid cloud architecture on AWS for Sigue, leveraging multiple regions and availability zones for geo-redundancy. The solution utilized AWS services including EC2, Elastic File System, and RDS for SQL Server to provide scalable and resilient application delivery. As a result, Sigue achieved its uptime goal, exceeding 99.5%, and was able to onboard users faster, increasing business revenue. Additionally, deployment times for application updates were reduced from months to a couple of weeks.
