California Winery upgrades HVAC controls in 4 months with E Tech Group

E Tech Group was engaged by California Winery to upgrade the outdated HVAC controls in one of its largest production facilities. The legacy system was difficult to maintain, only supported local control, and required an upgrade that had to be completed with absolutely no operational downtime.

E Tech Group implemented a solution using Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, remote I/O, and an Ignition SCADA system, which was integrated with no interruption to the winery's operations. The results included new remote monitoring capabilities, mobile alerts for critical failures, and enhanced system reliability.
